Initial evaulation appointments are 60-90 minutes and include evaluation and treatment: $200.00

Drop-in sessions: $159.00

4 pack: $139.00 per session

8 pack: $119.00 per session

12 pack: $99.00 per session

Payment is due at time of service. If the client wishes to submit a claim to their private insurance a Superbill may be provided as a courtesy. 

Personalized, holistic health and wellness services with Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Grappling, MMA specific programs including but not limited to: situation and joint specific movement assessment, strength and conditioning, neuromuscular control, injury prevention, recovery and body work without a specific diagnosis or prescription referral.
