WAZA IS JAPANESE FOR TECHNIQUE. PREHABWAZA IS A HOLISTIC AND SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO YOUR INDIVIDUALIZED PERFORMANCE PLAN. THE GOAL IS TO HELP YOU MITIGATE THE RISK OF INJURY BY PROMOTING AN INTERNAL LOCUS OF CONTROL AND SELF EFFICACY. PROVIDING EDUCATION ON TECHNIQUES THAT ARE SAFE TO PERFORM AND COMBINE MOBILIZATION, MOVEMENT, AND EXERCISE. THIS INCLUDES SITUATION SPECIFIC MOVEMENT ANALYSES, DYNAMIC TRI-PLANAR WARM-UPS, RECOVERY, DEVELOPING NEUROMUSCULAR CONTROL, STRETCHING AND STRENGTHENING.
